Zoom Drain

Today, Zoom Drain came to install a water conditioner. Ishmael, who had previously installed toilets a couple of months ago, returned to assist his co-worker Adam with the installation. Both Ishmael and Adam did an excellent job. I also want to give kudos to Michael in the office, who was very patient and answered all my questions.

Had these guys out to our house this week to see if we had a collapsed drain line. I called them around 7:30pm, the night before and they were able to be there at 9 the next morning. They communicated great and were right on time. The price was $177.58 after taxes. The video quality was surprisingly good. I highly recommend Zoom Drain!

I had a broken main coming into the house that I discovered around 8 PM. Shut off the water in the next morning I started calling around and somehow found Michael of Zoom Drain. He said he could be out the very next morning at nine, and they showed up promptly at nine if not a few minutes before. Very good honest people and the work was done in a timely manner and at a good fair price. Highly recommend!

Ismael was really impressive and professional. He was very knowledgeable about septic systems. He answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. I have over 30 years if engineering experience so I grilled him pretty good. The nozzle sweeping system is much better than the snake I've used previously. The price was also very reasonable for the 180 ft line I have. Great job Zoom!

Adam helped clear a drain in my Albuquerque rental property that was full of thick roots, more than he’d ever seen. He worked very hard to clear everything and the cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!
